About Our Farm

Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

In 2022, Tony and Shannon Roebuck set out on a new adventure by moving to a 35-acre farm, shifting the direction of their lives toward a deeper connection with the land. Capriolo Farm now features a thriving vineyard, a small orchard, and, in 2024, became home to a small flock of heritage Jacob sheep from Kreutzer Farms. These unique sheep, recognized by The Livestock Conservancy for their distinctive multi-horned appearance and historical significance, are a rare breed. As stewards of this ancient breed, we are dedicated to preserving their legacy while promoting sustainable farming practices.

Beyond our agricultural endeavors, Capriolo Farm is passionate about education. We offer opportunities for youth to explore agriculture and animal science through hands-on experiences, helping the next generation understand the importance of sustainable farming, animal husbandry, and environmental stewardship.

At Capriolo Farm, our mission is to create a legacy of sustainability, foster community engagement, and inspire a deep appreciation for the natural world.
